Valley House B&B   Rates for  2013 (per night)

Prices range from £30.00 - £45.00 per person
for double occupancy of a twin/double en-suite room
and from £50.00-£70.00 for single occupancy (when we can accommodate this request.)

We are pleased to offer savings on stays
of 4 nights or more and a further discounted weekly rate is available.

** SUMMER OFFER** Stay 4 nights from May - end of September and receive a discounted rate of £75.00 per room, per night (again that is for 2 people and is inclusive of breakfast and on-site parking.)

**SUMMER OFFER**  - Stay 7 nights and receive our amazing discounted rate of £70.00 per night (that is for 2 people and is inclusive of breakfast and on-site parking). That is from May until end of September except for Regatta Week in August when we are pleased to offer a special weekly rate of £75.00 per room per night.

A non refundable deposit of £80.00 is required at time of booking.
Cheques payable to Mrs.A.Cairns-Sharp and forward to Valley House,46 Victoria Road, Dartmouth, Devon, TQ6 9DZ.
We accept balance payments in cash or cheques
with a valid bankers card.

We respectfully request no smoking and we are sorry that our accommodation is not suitable for children under the age of 12 and we do not permit any pets.
